We’re delighted to share that we have been ranked #67 on the prestigious UKs Best Workplaces for Women list.
This list recognises organisations who strive for an equitable balance of women and men in the workplace, whilst also supporting women’s career advancement and building an encouraging environment where all employees feel empowered to flourish in their roles.
Our leadership team are dedicated to ensuring that Attenti employees have a positive experience in the workplace, so it’s incredibly humbling that following anonymous feedback from our teams, we have been ranked amongst the UKs Best Workplaces for Women.
The feedback survey analysed the anonymous responses of women in the workplace and considered their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced, as well.
