We have been awarded the Great Places to Work certification for all locations throughout the UK. This recognition is evidence of our inclusive workplace culture and was illustrated by a number of positive survey results such as 96% of our team feeling as though they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation.Employee feedback was a huge contributor to the certification and measured metrics including diversity, inclusion, transparency and development. Notably, a factor in being credited with the award is also the outstanding workplace programs and policies that are made available to all employees.
