We have an excellent opportunity for a SC cleared Senior Infrastructure Engineer (End User Computing) to join a Central Government department within its Technology Services directorate.

With a focus on Mobile Device Management (MDM), you will be responsible for delivering high quality EUC services and solutions across an extensive estate.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality MDM services, solutions and support to end-users.
Building and maintaining a performance-focused user experience control centre.
Engaging hybrid cloud services to improve flexibility and scalability.

Essential skills required:
Good experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), ideally Intune and Google Workspace.
Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.
Good knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the MDM space.

Good experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
Good knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.

The assignment is offered on a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH and will be inside scope of IR35.

Due to the nature and urgency of this assignment, candidates will need to hold active SC clearance.
