The Learning Disabilities Mortality Review (LeDeR) Programme is aimed at making improvements to the lives of people with Learning Disabilities. Reviews of deaths are being carried out with a view to improve the standard and quality of care for people with learning disabilities.Attenti were commissioned to complete a large batch of reviews within 10 weeks to avoid the fines incurred should they have to be returned to NHS England. The programme finished ahead of schedule in 5 weeks with all reviews accepted at first submission by the CCG.
